In 2011, Jewlbay Pty Ltd was born and named after his beloved boat at the time. His son Clinton joined the company in 2021 and together they have been able to enhance their capabilities for larger projects.

Clinton joined his father at Jewlbay in 2021 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him.
His role involves meeting daily business demands by coordinating logistics and operations. He actively fosters teamwork, collaboration, and open communication by empowering employees through relevant training.
Clinton is responsible for creating a safe working environment and overseeing scheduled preventative maintenance programs for instrumentation and equipment. He communicates, trains, and enforces health and safety programs to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
